Associating LDAPCP Custom code with TAM LDAP

Sep 15, 2015 at 7:52 PM
Hi Yvand,
I am using LDAPCP for people picker search in my SP2013 farm. We are planning to integrate one more AD (TAM LDAP) in our organization. But, the attributes and objectClass available in the TAM LDAP server is not matching with the LDAPCP code. I have used the developer version and override the existing attributes and class. However, i am getting object reference error.
Does your code has flexiblity to use any new attributes other than listed in your code?

I need to use "uid" as attribute and "top" as objectClass for filter property.

Any help is much appreciated, Thanks

Hello Arun,

in theroy you can use any attribute/class name you want.

But the problem here is that I understand you have 2 different LDAP, and both don't use the same names for attributes/classes: unfortunately LDAPCP doesn't support that: for a given claim type, the attribute/class name must be the same.

thanks,
Yvan
